This is a public transportation agency, with a seasonal connection to north Ocean City, serving all of Delaware,

Coastal HIGHWAY Bus
Ocean City's municipal buses, running 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Travels along the Coastal Highway, with stop every 5–10 minutes in the summer and every 30 minutes in the off-season. 410-723-1606.

 

Trolley
Runs from Somerset Street to the Convention Center. Ride all day for $2. 410-723-1606

Boardwalk Tram
Runs from the inlet to 27th Street, with stops anywhere in between. Fare is $3 per person, per boarding. Tram operates seasonally May thru September, weather permitting. 410-723-1606.

Cape May-Lewes Ferry
The Cape May–Lewes Ferry is a 17-mile, 80-minute voyage across the Delaware Bay from the historic town of Lewes, Delaware to the popular vacation spot, Cape May, New Jersey. Operating for more than 40 years, the ferry has become a family tradition for Mid-Atlantic travelers. Drop off aluminum, glass, cardboard, paper, plastic and bi-metal can products at one of five recycling drop-off sites around town, which are open 24 hours a day. As of February 2008, all restaurants and bars in Ocean City and all across Maryland are smoke-free. The statewide ban affects all indoor public areas, with a few exceptions. Businesses with existed outside, open areas can allow smoking. Many other businesses are creating designated smoking areas for their guests, as well.
